When we receive your enquiry we ensure to get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that many of our bookings are at weekends so it may take a little longer over these periods.
After deciding what you want for your day a quote will be sent out to you. This quote is valid for 28 days. After the 28 days the price of your quote may change or the date you wanted may have been taken.
If you decide to go ahead with the booking a 20% non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your booking (we really don’t want you to be disappointed if your date goes).
In the meantime, from placing your booking till the event you can get in contact at any time. A month before your event we will arrange your free consultation. This can be in person or a video/phone call. This ensures we know exactly what you want for your day with rough timings ect. We also get to know more about your children.
You will also receive an “all about me” form this is for each child and this is to be sent back before the event.
Two weeks before the event the final balance is to be paid.
The day of the event…the best part! All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the day and we will ensure your little ones enjoy the day too.
